Chris's Story

We believe Chris was born around February 2026. He is a handsome long-haired boy with tan and black colouring and a gentle personality.

Chris can be shy around new people, but he is starting to build trust with his foster family, enjoying pets and affection. He is also very motivated by food - dinner is often a good opportunity to see his confidence come out.

Chris is a very good and polite housemate. He uses the litter box reliably and has kept all his scratching to the scratching post rather than the furniture.

He is not especially comfortable being picked up yet, but that may change as he settles in and becomes more secure. Chris is very closely bonded with Kai, and the two do not like being separated. We would like to see them adopted together so they can continue to have the comfort and companionship they clearly provide one another.

NOTE 1: Spays, neuters, first vaccinations and vet checks are included in the adoption fee.

NOTE 2: Because a young kitten needs feline companionship, it is the policy of Cat Rescue Network that kittens 6 months or younger be adopted out in pairs unless there is another kitten or young cat already in the home.

NOTE 3: Cat Rescue Network only adopts their cats to homes in the National Capital region of Canada
