Chomp's Story

Meet Chomp -- a tiny name with a lot of personality behind it. Chomp is a shy but sweet kitten who is still learning that people can be safe and that attention can actually be a pretty good thing. He prefers to take life at his own pace, so calm handling, patience, and plenty of time to build confidence will go a long way with him. He may be a little reserved at first, but there's a sweet kitten in there just waiting to feel comfortable enough to show it. Chomp is taking little bites out of bravery every day.An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt. Dog adoption fees are $250.00 for all puppies and adult dogs. Seniors are a donation of choice. Cats and kittens are minimum donation $50.00
