Chocolate Chip's Story

Status: Available for foster-to-adopt or to be adopted

Gender: male, neutered
Approximate age: 12-13 years old

Likes: cats, being talked to, being on your lap. LOVES food

Dislikes: loud noises, strangers, stressful events like going to the vet

Personality: very shy but so sweet. Incredibly food motivated. Once he knows you are his personal chef, he will crawl all over you to tell you that he is starving. Likes to give kisses.

Background: long story short, former owner lost ownership of him, and at least Oreo when Lollypop Farm seized them. Somehow, they made it back to the former owner and she or someone else kicked them outside. Those are the spark notes. He came with Oreo, Blackberry, Snickers and Klondike.

Vetting done: neutered, rabies vaccine, full FVRCP series, combo test (neg), microchipped, and Rev+.

Concerns:
Medical: Has a 3/6 grade gallop heart murmur. He is on heart disease medication (1/4 of a tiny tablet) that gets put in his food and he eats it without any issues. He had an echo in October and another one in January. His heart disease is progressing very slowly. He will likely need another echo in the fall to see if he needs any additional meds.

Behavioral: none. Just shy

Location: Holding space

Adopt:
https://form.jotform.com/rightmeowrescue/adoption-application
