This sweet girl came to the shelter very unsocialized, but thanks to the dedication of her foster home, she has made wonderful progress learning that people can be kind and loving.<br/><br/>Chloe is still building her confidence, so she'll do best with a patient and understanding family who will give her the time she needs to continue blossoming.
