Chloe's Story

Chloe is a single mom who finally has the house to herself. Her kids graduated, packed their emotional baggage, and moved into their forever homes, leaving her with the rare gift of uninterrupted silence. She’s still deciding how she feels about that.

At first, Chloe hangs back and observes like she’s auditing the room for potential crimes. She warms up, though. Her only flaw is a small communication glitch where she hisses even when she’s having a perfectly nice time. You’ll be petting her, she’ll be purring, and then she’ll toss out a polite little hiss as if to say, “Don’t read into that.” She doesn’t mean it. She’s simply multilingual.

Chloe thrives when you give her a low-distraction room and a little one-on-one time. No hiding spots. No under-bed disappearing acts. Just you, her, and enough space for her to decide she likes you on purpose.

If you want to meet a cat with emotional depth, strange manners, and a surprisingly big heart, Chloe is ready for her next chapter—and she’d like to know if you’re part of it.

****

Brozanski for Cats believes that no cat should be left outside. We work to find homes for feral cats and kittens by partnering with local TNR programs. With patience, care, and socialization, cats considered "unadoptable" can become wonderful friends and family members. All of our adoptees are TNRH rescues, saved from a life outdoors and are ready for a loving home.

Brozanski for Cats's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process works to ensure that our cats are placed in homes that are properly prepared to commit to a lifelong family member. We encourage a meet-and-greet of our cats wherein we discuss personality fits, expectations of feral cats as pets, and transitioning into new homes. We then require a 7-day waiting period after selecting an adoptee to further safeguard against impulsive decision making. Adopted cats are sent home with an exit package that includes all medical paperwork, a transitional timeline guide and an agreement that we may check-in after 24hours, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months to see how the cat(s) are doing. We offer advice and support during the transition period and also allow for returns if the adoption doesn't work out.
