Chiquita's Story

ACDR was contacted by a lady who has been feeding this cat out on the streets for ten years. She had her TNR when she was younger, ten years ago. She has lived in a shed at a YMCA and it is about to be torn down. We trapped Chiquita, and she is now inside being fostered by her feeder. She is scared (as you can imagine!) because she has lived outside alone for so many years. We currently require an adoption application, a home visit, call references, and an adoption contract. Pets are adopted into homes in the Austin, Texas, metro area, only.
