Chips and Kushion are a pair of bonded brothers who were given up after the people who meant the world to them got a puppy. Naturally, they were traumatized by this betrayal, but they are coming to learn that their foster mom is being nice to them and helping them on the road to emotional recovery. Chips is definitely a big boy, while his brother Kushion is more of an average-sized cat. Like most cats, they would be happiest in an interactive household where he won’t be left alone for long stretches. We have not observed them with kids or dogs, but we think they would probably do well with pretty much anyone who knows how to treat a cat respectfully. Because they are a bonded pair, we will not consider adopting them separately. Chips and Kushion strike a comfortable balance between independence and attachment.
