After spending several months in our TLC socialization program, he has completely blossomed into the sweetest, most affectionate boy. <br/><br/>Chip loves spending his days curled up on a cozy couch, napping the afternoon away, and soaking up head scratches from his favorite people. He has the most beautiful green eyes and the cutest little white chip on his nose that earned him his name. He also has a playful side and loves chasing toys whenever the mood strikes!
