She was an absolutely amazing mom to Valkyrie, Griffin, Wyvern, Fay and Pixie. Chimera is now ready to find a forever home of her own. Before coming to us she had only ever known life in a barn. Chimera is very quiet, reserved, and so sweet. She loves to be pet, and can be held by people she trusts. She is always hanging out nearby, usually from her favourite spot on the cat tower. She may not be a right in the action kind of girl, but she is always nearby. When she wants to talk to you she will use her adorable little squeaky meow! She is a petite girl and still looks like a kitten herself. If you have treats she will be your best friend! Chimera is a super easy lady, she's polite and she's so beautiful. She has grown and blossomed so much since coming into our care. Chimera has lived with children, and other cats in a loud and busy household. She has also spent time at the Cat Cafe! Arthur Animal Rescue Co-operative's Adoption Policy

Thank you for considering adopting through Arthur Animal Rescue! We are a small rescue comprised of caring foster homes throughout Center and North Wellington (Arthur, Mount Forest, Fergus, Elora and surrounding areas). If you see a cat or kitten on our site and would like to learn more about any of them please feel free to send us a message. If you would like to meet any of our adoptable pets in person, submit an adoption application and we can arrange a time for you to meet which is convenient to you and the foster home. In the event that multiple applications are received for a cat or kitten in our rescue, we will review each one and make the best decision based on fit for both the cat or kitten, and their forever family. The adoption fee includes the cost of the spay or neuter surgery as well as first vaccinations. The cats and kittens are also dewormed and receive revolution treatment whenever necessary. We also provide info on preparing for a new feline family member to help with the transition to their new homes. And offer ongoing support or advice after the adoption has taken place!
