Chili is one of a larger litter of four 'spicy' kittens who came to us at the shelter as "semi-ferals", kittens who were not reared by humans and thus not very trusting, but still young enough to have not developed completely wild instincts just yet. Though it's taken some time to ease them into the idea of human affection, they are finally starting to come around, and while Chili in particular needs some extra TLC, he is ready to meet strangers and learn that we're here to help and care for him, not harm. Chili may shy away from pets and attention, but he is not aggressive and will accept gentle pets.
