Chickie's Story

Chickie was shy and scared when she first came into foster care as a kitten, but she has truly blossomed in the past few months. Chickie is very adventurous, loves our resident cats and the resident female German Shepherd, Octavia. Chickie will rub up against Octavia every chance she gets and tells everyone exactly how much she loves them. Chickie is a petite little dark gray tabby with golden eyes and nose. This busy, little lovey-girl adores being cuddled like a baby yet loves to climb up high! Chickie loves it when you sing, and she enjoys being brushed. If you are looking for a kitty to spend time with, follow you around, and warm up your lap, Chickie is your girl!

Helping Paws of Southern Minnesota's Adoption Policy
Potential adopters will be asked to fill out our adoption application and then contact us by email to check with us that we have received the application. After review of the application (which could take a few days to a week) and all is well, we will set up a meet and greet with the cat or kitten. We will request a home or virtual visit before approving the application.
