Chevers's Story

Hey, it is me Chevers or my friends call me Chevy!!! I am a playful, outgoing, happy cat. I am a bit timid at first, but it only takes a few minutes and some really good treats and I will be your best friend forever. I am here at the shelter with my brother and sister waiting for a place to call home. The staff here is really nice, we have a really big cage to run up and down in all day, lots of good food, warm blankets and lots of toys...but I would love a place of my own. Town of Swansea Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

All of our adoptable animals are vet checked, vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped. All animals, if not done, are also spayed or neutered prior to being placed in a home.The adoption process is fairly simple; there is an application to complete. Once completed the application is reviewed, references are checked and, if approved, the animal is released to the adoption applicant. Adoption fees are as follows: $175.00 for cats and $250.00 for dogs. Please call to schedule an appointment.
