If this sounds like your perfect pair, keep reading.<br/><br/>LV was once unsure of us, and she had good reason to be. At 8 years old, this was her first chance at something fresh, something stable. She didn't know what that would be like, but she quickly learned. Suddenly, she let her walls down. She warmed up to us, and she's been basking in her choice ever since. The once unsure LV was now following us with her eyes, wondering when we'd come back and pet her some more. When we did, she plopped onto her side and showed us her tummy. She learned to trust, and she started showing us the love she always had within her.<br/><br/>With this, we decided it was time to introduce LV to the other cats, and then she met Chester.<br/><br/>Chester was no stranger to love. He found his way to one of our volunteers in Niagara Falls. He kept to himself amongst the other cats and didn't have many friends, but he quickly proved he was a lap cat who was meant for a home, so she listened. In our care, Chester didn't need much time to warm up. He was already warm and came equipped with plenty of joy to spread. In many ways, Chester acts his age. Like most 1-year-old boys, he has a playful spirit and a huge appetite. He plays hide and seek and knows how to keep his food dish clean. But, Chester also has a wise and mature side to him, keeping himself open-minded to new experiences... and new friends.<br/><br/>Chester and LV were both homeless cats whose paths may have never crossed, but in this life, they found each other. Chester and LV connected almost instantly, and once they did, there was no going back. Now, they do everything together. LV follows where Chester goes, and Chester loves making her feel safe. When they lounge, they like to be snuggled up to each other. You may even notice them holding hands, and Chester is happy to make sure LV is spick and span by helping her out with grooming. Together, this petite, 8-year-old calico girl, and this burly, 1-year-old tuxedo boy, are an unlikely pair, yet somehow, they fit together perfectly.<br/><br/>Chester & LV are spayed/neutered, microchipped FeLv/Fiv- negative/negative, vaccinated, and have been treated with topical flea control and dewormed.<br/><br/>Chester & LV would like to be adopted together.
