Chester and Gus are a sweet, handsome pair of bonded brothers looking for a loving home together. These charming, short-haired, buff tabbies are going to be four years old in September. They came back to us through no fault of their own due to a family allergy, and they're so ready for their next chapter!<br/><br/> - Chester is the more outgoing leader with bold tabby tail rings who will gladly greet you at the door.<br/><br/> - Gus is the quiet observer with a cute white patch on his chest who likes to warm up to new places and people at his own pace.<br/><br/>Together, they make an amazing team! While they still enjoy a little playtime here and there, they are mostly chill, laid-back guys who love a good lounge session. These two are naturally big, impressive boys, but they're currently carrying a little extra plush--so they're working on a gentle weight-loss plan via portion control. They'll just need an adopter committed to keeping them on their healthy routine!<br/><br/>If you're looking for a duo that brings instant comfort, sweet purrs, and double the companionship, Chester and Gus are your guys!<br/><br/><br/>All OARS cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper, and have had dewormer medication as a preventive measure. All have tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. This helps us process the application within 2 days.<br/><br/>We focus on providing personalized care for these cats in a loving, home-like environment. Cats live in cozy rooms (cage-free!) where they can play with their favorite toys, watch bird feeder activity, and nap in a favorite sunny spot.<br/>To save as many lives as possible, we partner directly with other rescues and shelters to focus our efforts on overcrowded facilities and kitties who require extra TLC to prepare them for adoption. Because of this, we cannot accept cats directly from the public. Everything we do is fueled by your generosity!
