Chester's Story
Chester is a handsome black and white tuxedo. He came to us as a stray when he was a kitten, but is still very unsure of humans. He is curious and will come to us for treats, but we can rarely touch him or approach him. Chester is nervous around new people and usually stays up high on the cat crawls when people come to visit. We hope in time that Chester will learn to trust people and seek out attention. He is great with other cats. Chester also had full mouth extraction due to dental disease and has no teeth. We consider Chester an "ASL sanctuary cat" because he is not highly adoptable, but we are always hopeful the right person may come along. His estimated date of birth is 6/1/14.

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY** If you are interested in applying for the potential adoption of this pet, and to expedite the process, please read about our adoption and shelter visitation policy on our website at www.animalserviceleagueny.org.
