Chester came from a home situation where his caretaker thought he might present a trip hazard for an elderly person and surrendered him . <br/><br/>He was a single cat, and would probably do best in a home as the single cat with a patient, possibly older person or would be willing to take the time and effort to gain his trust and affection.<br/><br/>He is neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped
