Once they realize they can trust you, they quickly melt into happy, purring companions who enjoy gentle pets and quiet affection.<br/><br/>Found alone on a remote property, Chess and Checkers had to rely on each other to survive. Because of that, they share a special connection and truly need to stay together. They’re looking for a patient home willing to give them a small, calm space to settle in and move at their own pace.<br/><br/>With understanding and kindness, you’ll watch them blossom into sweet, devoted companions. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match.
