Chess and Checkers are 8-month-old Lynx Point brother and sister with gentle hearts and a beautiful bond.<br/><br/>A little shy and cautious at first, these two just need a bit of time to feel safe. Once they realize they can trust you, they quickly melt into happy, purring companions who enjoy gentle pets and quiet affection.<br/><br/>Found alone on a remote property, Chess and Checkers had to rely on each other to survive. Because of that, they share a special connection and truly need to stay together. They’re looking for a patient home willing to give them a small, calm space to settle in and move at their own pace.<br/><br/>With understanding and kindness, you’ll watch them blossom into sweet, devoted companions. If you have a soft spot for shy kitties and the patience to let love grow, Chess and Checkers are ready to find the safe, forever home they deserve.<br/><br/>Chess and Checkers have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and has received preventative flea and worm treatments.<br/><br/>If you're interested in or have any questions about them, please send a message to hello@thecatadvocates.com.<br/><br/>CATS has a Trial Adoption program. All adoptable cats have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and have received preventative flea and worm treatments. If you're interested adopting please download and fill out an application from our website https://thecatadvocates.com/adoption.html and email it to us at TheCatAdvocates@gmail.com. We receive many applications for our cats and kittens and cannot always reply to everyone. Only chosen applicants will be contacted. Please be patient; response times may vary as we are all volunteers. CATS has a Foster to Adopt program. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match.
