Cherry is a young, sweet girl who had a rough start after being abandoned in an apartment following an eviction, but you’d never know it by her outlook on life. She’s incredibly friendly and clearly adores her foster humans. Cherry enjoys gentle pets, is comfortable being picked up and held, and has a calm, easygoing nature that makes her a joy to be around.<br/><br/>Don’t let her sweet demeanor fool you ... Cherry has a playful, spunky side too! She loves to run, play, and show off her adorable zoomies, especially when someone walks into the room. Her current favorite toys are little bird toys with tiny bells, and she can’t resist chasing them around. One of her cutest habits is stretching up to place her front paws on your chest, asking for attention in the most endearing way.<br/><br/>When playtime winds down, Cherry is happiest perched on a cat tree or lounging in a window hammock, watching the world go by or curling up for a peaceful nap. She tolerates the dogs in her foster home and, while she’s not particularly fond of other cats right off the bat, she can live with another feline companion given proper introductions and patience. Thanks to her super chill personality towards people, Cherry would do wonderfully in a home with children.<br/><br/>After some well-deserved TLC from her foster parents, Cherry is thriving and ready for her next chapter.
