Hi, I am Cherry, I used to live in a feral cat colony behind a local bar. When volunteers trapped me to be spayed, they quickly realized I wasn't feral at all—I was a friendly girl who just needed a chance.<br/><br/>Not long after, I developed an abscess on my ear. The volunteers knew I needed medical care, so they took me to the vet. After my ear was treated and I recovered, I moved into a foster home where everyone agreed that life on the streets was no place for a sweet cat like me.<br/><br/>I can be a little shy when meeting new people, but I warm up quickly once I feel safe. One of my favorite things is curling up and sleeping with my foster mom. I love having a cozy home, plenty of affection, and people who care about me.<br/>Now I'm looking for a forever family of my own.
