Cher's Story

Do you remember the Sonny and Cher show? It was my foster Mom's favorite show! She loves Cher's music! So that's how my name came about!

I had a hard life before I was rescued. Abandoned in a neighborhood and left to survive on my own. I never gave up though. I'm still learning to trust. I'm asking for my new adopters to give me time to settle in. I really love to be petted and talked to. I play well with the other cats and of course love my toys! I have been fully vetted and a young age of 2 1/2 years old.

I look forward to meeting you!
Cher

Please remember that rescue cats have a past and will need someone to be patient and kind with them as they settle in to their new home. Just like humans, trust can come with time. Patience is a requirement to help these cats rebuild trust with humans, and they must remain indoors. We would be more than happy to help educate and provide advice through the rehoming process.

If you’re interested in meeting Cher, please submit an inquiry through PetFinder with questions or to schedule a time to meet, or, visit our website at uccryakima.org (http://uccryakima.org/) and click on "adoption application”,
