Cheddar's Story

Cheddar’s story is one that melts your heart. He was trapped as part of a feral colony — but it quickly became clear he was anything but feral. At the clinic, we learned he was already neutered (but sadly had no microchip). He’d been seen around the same spot for months, never leaving, which makes us believe he once had a home and was likely abandoned.

From the moment you meet Cheddar, you can tell he’s a gentle soul. He looks for you the second you walk in, eager for attention. He loves to press his head against your hand for rubs, and he’ll purr the entire time — a deep, happy rumble that doesn’t stop, even at the vet! This boy has all the signs of a truly loving cat: he seeks connection, craves affection, and gives it right back tenfold.

Cheddar is estimated to be around 3 years old, healthy, litter box trained, and incredibly sweet-natured. He’s the kind of cat who makes you feel special — the one who follows you around just to be near you, who greets you with a soft meow and a hopeful look that says, “please pet me.”

After being on his own for too long, Cheddar deserves a forever home where he’ll be cherished as much as he loves in return. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion with a heart as golden as his fur, Cheddar is your boy.

He was neutered, vaccinated, tested for FIV/FelV (negative) and microchipped. He can be adopted solo (preferred) but we think it's ok with other cats.

If you’re interested in Cheddar or any of these adorable cats/kittens, please fill out this adoption questionnaire to schedule an in-person meeting in North Hollywood, thank YOU

https://sibamedia.wixsite.com/lpotv/cat-questionnaire.
