Charna is a stunning, pure-black beauty who has made incredible progress since coming into foster care. Once cautious and unsure, she is now revealing her truly sweet nature. Charna happily purrs when she’s being petted and will actively seek out people for affection, gently asking for pats and attention.<br/><br/>She has grown more confident around humans and now allows herself to be picked up, a big milestone for her. While she still appreciates calm, respectful interactions, it’s clear that Charna enjoys human companionship and is learning just how good it feels to be loved.<br/><br/>One of her favourite pastimes remains sitting by the window, quietly watching the world go by. She would do best in a peaceful, only-cat household where she can continue to feel secure and build strong bonds with her people. A home without small children would be ideal so she can thrive without feeling overwhelmed.<br/><br/>Charna is becoming a truly affectionate, gentle cat who will reward patience and kindness with purrs, head rubs, and devoted companionship. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
