When Charlie first arrived she was very sick, but after getting the veterinary care she needed, she is now on the road to feeling so much better and is ready for her vaccinations and spay.<br/><br/>Charlie is a little more shy than her bestie, but her fosters are working hard to help her feel safe and comfortable in her new world.
