When Charlie first arrived he was very sick, but after getting the veterinary care he needed, he is now on the road to feeling so much better and is ready for his vaccinations and spay.<br/><br/>Charlie is a little more shy than his bestie, but his fosters are working hard to help him feel safe and comfortable in his new world.
