Charlie is cute as a button! At about 4 months old he was rescued from harsh conditions outdoors. But he was born to be in a loving home and is now thriving thanks to his foster. He's super sweet and playful. Charlie can be a bit shy with unfamiliar people at first, but is very loving once he warms up. <br/><br/>Once he's old enough he will be neutered and vaccinated.
