Sir Charles, or Charlie, is a rambunctious, playful kitty. He is an absolute love bugs and starts purring as soon as he is in contact with anyone. He gets along great with adult cats, other kittens and with my medium sized dog. Charlie has been fostered since May 2014 and is ready for his forever home.
