Charles is a 2.5-year-old male who came to us as a stray. <br/><br/>Charles is a quiet, timid boy who will need helping gaining confidence in his new home! He is not his best self here as the shelter can be a stressful environment. He is truly going to shine once he is in his new home! <br/><br/>Charles is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines.<br/><br/>Adoption Fee: $175<br/><br/>If you have already submitted an application with us within the last year, you do not need to do another one, please email adoptioncounselor@mrfrs.org if you are interested in adopting Charles. We will take inquiries on a first come, first served basis via email.
