Chappie is an adorable young man who is very close with his brother, Charlie. They were surrendered together by a Good Samaritan who had found them as kittens on her property and took care of them. Unfortunately, she is moving and is not able to take them. <br/>These boys are just as sweet as can be and must be adopted together.
