Chandler's Story

Hi, I am Chandler! I was found in a colony at an apartment complex and I got TNR-ed (hence the ear tip). After surgery I was found to be a happy and friendly kitty so the people who found me decided not to return me back to the apartment complex. I am cream tabby with beautiful copper colored eyes, that's what my vet said. I am very friendly and easy going, I like to play with other cats. I love my human and I love giving affection to my human. Pet is currently in a foster home in Alabama, upon approved adoption he/she will be transported to New England. His/her adoption fee is $175 to cover costs of spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip and transport to new england. Kitty is combo neg and up to date on vaccinations. Last Chance Dog Rescue Alabama's Adoption Policy

We appreciate that you have considered the responsibilities of pet ownership and are interested in rescuing your new best friend. You came to the right place. We work hard to match you with the best pet for your lifestyle. Your new pet has been spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, bordetella, and rabies, heartworm negative, microchipped, and taking preventatives. You will receive your pets medical records. Small breed puppies will come with spay/neuter contract and/or refundable deposit. We do not have a facility. Dogs live with fosters. Long distance adoption possible depending on location. Long distance adoptions over 350 miles come with transportation and Health certificate costs. We strive to make the adoption process as easy as possible.

We are an all-volunteer foster home based animal rescue organization in central Alabama. We rescue trap and rescue strays, abandoned and unwanted litters, and we have a TNR program which results in rescuing social cats occasionally.
