CHAI & LOU<br/>DYNAMIC MOTHER – DAUGHTER DUO<br/>Six-month-old Lou is the most friendly and social kitten her fosters have ever cared for. She is a social butterfly who greets visitors at the door and runs to the phone when it rings. Lou alternates her time between the humans in her life and her Mumma Chai.<br/>Lou loves to be at the center of activity, she enjoys cuddling and playing with her foster’s grandchildren and follows her fosters about the house checking out what they are doing. She is a great office companion. Lou plays actively with her toys and found objects. She particularly likes to watch kitty TV, play in her cat tunnel.<br/> Lou and Chai spend time together looking out the window, rough housing, grooming, chasing toys, playing hiding, and jumping out at each other games. <br/>Three-year-old Chai is a beautiful short haired calico. Chai lived on the street until her rescue in September 2021. Chai has made tremendous progress in foster. She spends hours lying a few feet from her fosters in the morning and evening. Chai is curious and very motivated by food and treats. She has quickly learned and anticipates her fosters routines, lying at the door to the bedroom when her foster’s feet touch the floor, waiting for her dinner on a nearby chair before the food is out. Chai comes within inches of her foster’s when they are serving up her dinner. Chai is still a nervous girl who is not comfortable being touched just yet. <br/>Both these cats are fully vetted, spayed, micro-chipped, vaccinated. They use their litter box 100% of the time. They both use scratch posts and enjoy having access to a cat tree. <br/>This little family is only available for adoption together as a bonded pair. These girls will need a family who is able to provide plenty of social interaction. Chai will need time, patience, and consistency to learn to trust humans and good house manners. Lou is a confident and social kitten, like all kittens she will be best with patience and consistency. <br/><br/>??
