Meet the wonderful Cece - A loving girl that is ready for a new home. She absolutely loves to snuggle on your lap and is quite playful! Cece loves to be the center of attention and thrives being around her people!<br/><br/>She has one liiiiiittle itty bitty hang-up... She suffers from a condition called Pica. Sometimes she has the most intense urge to eat soft materials like soft toys, sometimes shirts left unattended. That can put her in quite a risky position, obstructions can hurt her insides and possibly put her life in jeopardy.<br/>With adequate mental stimulation, like lots of play time and attention from her person, a lot of that anxiety that can drive her to perform those behaviors will cut down.
