Catfish's Story

Love and Hisses...😽 Help Catfish Find His Forever Home (or a Become his Foster!) Catfish is a stunning young cat that needs a pet owner--or a dedicated foster--willing to give him time, love, and gentle guidance. He was rescued from a feral colony, so needs a loving patient cat owner. While he has made progress, he will need routine and attention to come out his shell. He may hiss when approached, but he can be safely handled and has a soft spot for treats (a great way to win him over!). Can you offer patience and a little TLC in exchange for the rewarding journey to help Catfish learn to trust and become a lifelong companion?<br/>🐾 Ready to Adopt? Tip 1: Any new pet is going to need time to feel comfortable in her/his new environment, so have a quiet area for them to settle in, and establish regular routines (like feeding and gentle interactions) - in time your new pet will adapt to their new surrounds. TIP 2: Make sure your home or lease allows pets and that you and others are prepared to welcome a new cat. TIP 3: Have the essentials ready: food and water dishes, cat food, litter and a litter box, space for cozy bedding, carrier and a designated veterinarian for ongoing care and vaccinations. 💛 With patience and love, your new companion will have the best chance to thrive--and become a cherished part of your family.
