Cassiopeia<br/><br/>This lovely girl is an 8.5 year old domestic short hair blue tabby with white. She was originally adopted from MEOW as a youngster, but was recently returned when her person had to move and was unable to take her. <br/><br/>Cassiopeia is residing in the Winter suite at the shelter, where she responds very well to a soft voice and gentle touch. With time, you can feel a soft purr begin to rumble deep within. She is quiet and has such a nice, soft and gentle presence. She snuggles into her soft, cushy bedding with a look of happy contentment. <br/> <br/>Cassiopeia has spent several months in a foster home where she settled in nicely. Her foster dad tells us that she is a sweet, friendly girl who likes to roll around when she's feeling especially affectionate. She can get overstimulated and when this happens, she gives a little warning meow to let you know she's had enough. <br/><br/>We know that Cassiopeia likes a quiet home and loves to sit perched on her climbing tree and watch the outside antics of squirrels and birds. She will take some time to settle into her new home and will need someone who is patient and allows her to be her beautiful self when she's ready. <br/><br/>Cassiopeia has osteoarthritis and she is receiving an injection montly, which is working beautifully.
