He is very talkative, taking lots of opportunities to chime in and tell you how he's feeling. We think he would thrive in a quiet, calm and predictable home and would not be suitable with children or other pets. <br/><br/>If you are interested in being Casper's new family, Please see the instructions below.<br/><br/>For adoption applications:<br/><br/>1. Submit an online application and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit. We recommend being prepared with a litter bin, litter, food and water dishes, and toys before bringing your new family member home.
