As a result, he’s paralyzed in his back legs and gets around by dragging them behind him (don’t worry—he’s figured out his own adorable way of moving!). He requires help going to the bathroom and needs to be expressed 2-3 times a day, but this is a simple task—and Casper is incredibly patient and cooperative during the process.<br/><br/>Despite his physical limitations, Casper is full of life and love.
