Casper

Casper is just about the friendliest cat you'll ever meet. He was found outside by a Good Samaritan just after Halloween 2023 in Lakeland outside of an apartment complex where he was likely left behind by a former tenant or dumped (both are very common in the area). Obviously at some point he was someone's pet as he had already been neutered and was very trusting of people. But he was also severely emaciated and covered in ticks which leads me to believe he had been toughing it outside for quite some time before he was found. <br/>When his finder reached out online to try and get help from a rescue to cover his vet bills and help him find a forever home, she was referred to me and I agreed to take him on. Casper is now fully vetted, negative for all diseases, and 100% ready for his forever home. He is a very sweet, outgoing little guy who LOVES to snuggle and play. He is incredibly friendly and laid back with other cats and very laid back about adapting to new environments. He loves to "talk" (trill) and watch TV with rapt fascination. He will immediately worm his way into your heart just as he has with everyone else who he has met.
