Cashew's Story

Hi, I'm Cashew, but you can call me Cash.

I'm about 5 years old, a little rough around the edges, and proof that a tough past can still grow a very soft heart. I spent a long time making it on the streets before finding my way to Little Beans, and now all I want is a quiet place to land. My favorite spot in the world is your lap, where I can settle in like a well-loved teddy bear. I'm so chill, I'll even patiently tolerate small children draping blankets over me.

Because of my outdoor days, I'd be happiest in a home with few or no other cats. I can be a bit sensitive about my space and my food, and I do best when I don't have to compete. If you're looking for a loyal, snuggly companion who's ready to trade survival mode for sofa life, I'm ready to meet you.

I currently reside at Little Bean's Cat Cafe so book a visit to chill with me.
--

When Cash first came to Little Bean's, he had a large tumor on his ear and had to have his entire ear amputated. Luckily, we were able to get all of the tumor, and Cashew is considered cancer-free! He also maintains the ability to hear out of his ear, so he is not considered special needs.

Little Bean’s Rescue's Adoption Policy
We believe in lowering barriers to adoption, and as such we won't make you jump through a series of hoops to find your forever-kitten, but we will work with you to make sure your new family member is the best fit for you and your family. We ask that all cats and kittens be kept indoors unless advertised as a barn or garden cat. After submitting interest or an adoption application, we will schedule a meet-and-greet virtually or at one of our adoption centers. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions, and meet Topal and his friends! If it is a good fit, we will send you the adoption paperwork to complete online or via phone. We accept cash, card, and check. Not sure if it will be a good fit? We offer up to 14 day foster-to-adopt - just let your adoption counselor know! All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines.
