Hi! I’m Carrot, a 15 year old lil lady with the sweetest personality, silliest teef, and softest fur known to man.<br/><br/>I’m a lover, which means that love is my entire world. I will rub on you until your skin gets tired of me. I will be there for you as your emotional support, here to show you my permanent snaggletooth to make you smile. I like to think my purpose in this life is my favorite humans. We share daily jokes, belly pats and head nuzzles. Foster mom has been my best friend since I was rescued, I twirl around her all day long. I want my own forever family I can share my heart with like this!<br/><br/>Window watching is my thing, chirping at birds like I could do anything about them is my favorite past time. If you scratch my head, I will purr so loud you’ll think it’s thundering outside. If you rub my chin, I will purr even louder. I mean honestly if you even look at me I will purr. I also make biscuits all day long, work never sleeps- the bakery must stay supplied. Another fun fact about me is that I like to bend in very yoga like positions, I am basically a pretzel. I’m always laying in some weird, odd shape. I take my sleep very seriously and if I get tired, I will put my head in your arms and just do the dang thing. No drifting off, no eye flutters, just sleep. I’m silly, and foster mama said these traits are what makes her love me, I’m basically a comedian in her eyes. <br/><br/><br/>I have had a really tough life. You see, I was a shelter cat in my young years. I was adopted and was so excited, but after a couple of months I was lost and couldn’t find my way home. I spent 7 more years struggling. I got sick, a tumble under a car had fractured my jaw and infection settled in. My teeth were rotting. I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t drink, I was dying. I curled up under a house for my final days, and that’s when foster mom found me. She found my owners but so much time had gone by that unfortunately my family had moved on. They didn’t want me anymore… so I found myself looking for a new family, again. That’s where you come in. I just want someone’s lap to spend my golden years in. It’s been a long recovery journey but I am excited for what awaits!<br/><br/>I’m fully vaccinated, fixed, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative, and litter box trained.
