Sweet, soulful Carmen will light up any room she is in, despite her dark torti coat. She was born in mid June 2025.<br/><br/>Carmen was rescued from from a cat colony in East Palo Alto because she was much to gentle and affection to live on the streets. She would constantly greet her feeder with head bumps and initiated play time with strings, bottle caps, and anything that resembled a toy. <br/><br/>Once Carmen was brought into a warm home for the first time, it was like she had always been there. She immediately found a cozy spot on a bed and caught up on much deserved sleep. She purred endlessly and basked in the affection provided by her fosters. <br/><br/>She loves to play with her new, real cat toys and can nap anywhere as long as there are people nearby. She matches the energy of the room and can either be energetic or calm. She was rescued around Christmas time and enjoyed napping under the tree amongst the gifts, a rightful place for a cat of her kind. Carmen's spirit was never beaten by her rough start at life, and she is a beautiful, bouncy, intelligent kitty.<br/><br/>Carmen is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines.
