Carmen's Story

Carmen arrived at CFA when his owner became ill and couldn't care for him any longer. Carmen has had a hard time adjusting to the shelter environment and all the new faces. Although he has not warmed up to all the volunteers, he has bonded with certain members of the team and has shown that he does have a soft side. We know with the right family that will give him time and patience, Carmen will grow into a loving faithful companion.
