All he knows now is how good a gentle hand and a warm lap feel. He’s the perfect mix of playful energy and cuddle-bug charm. He’ll greet you at the door, follow you from room to room and then curl up beside you for a cozy nap, as if he’s saying thank you.

Carmelo got his second chance. The only thing he’s missing now is a family of his own. Will it be you?

Carmelo is 7 months old, neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. He does a great job of keeping his litterbox tidy. All he needs now is his forever home!

Carmelo's siblings are Lucero (M) and Chepito (F)

Priority will be given to applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens, siblings, or who have patient, playful resident cats or dogs at home. Information on why adopting two kittens together is best for their short- and long-term health and behavior can be found here:

http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens

---
ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES:
Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and transportation costs. Also, when you adopt from ROSES Rescues, youre doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee sponsors a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts!

To learn more about our TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) efforts, please follow us on
Instagram @roses_rescues_htx
