All pets in the home are spayed/neutered (exemptions may be made on a case by case basis due to medical conditions and/or vet recommendations) 4. Any necessary pet deposits are made BEFORE finalizing your adoption 5. You agree to care for this animal and all their needs for the entirety of their life. 6. You agree to not DECLAW 7. You agree to all cats being indoor only (unless otherwise noted in the animals listing/contract)
