Carmel's Story
Carmel is 4 years old. Lived outside for 2 years and has been in foster care for 2 years. Quiet shy guy, but a snuggler when he gets to know you, leans towards being afraid of strangers, but gets over it when he sees you aren't going to hurt him. He's an ambassador in his foster home.
