Carl's Story

Carl seeks permanent lap! He is basically a living, breathing teddy bear with whiskers. He's got the softest, floofiest fur and a face you can't say no to. Carl isn't asking for much. Just a loving home, a cozy lap, and to be able to melt into your arms. Carl is such a handsome boy looking for his forever home and to find his person.
