Hi! My name is Karl. I was rescued from a place that had lots of cats. But that wasn’t the best place for me so I got lucky and CCF brought me in and has taken care of my health and prepared me for adoption. It looked as though I might have had the beginnings of FIP so I started the medication and boy did I feel better! Everything looks good, I did not get sick! I’m not quite finished with the medication but I can still go home with you. CCF provides the medication that I take through the next couple of weeks. I’m playful, cuddly, very loving and enjoy people. I’m the first one to greet my foster mom when she opens the door. Cat toys! My favorite! Community Cat Foundation's Adoption Policy
Once a potential adopter sees a post on an available a cat or kitten, we do an initial phone call, send them an application, schedule a phone or in person interview. If approved, they receive adoption counseling, They can visit the kitten of their choice, and if all works out, they take their cat home. We keep in touch with our adopters and offer microchip registration in case a cat is ever lost.
