Carl's Story
Petrie and Carl are an adorable bonded pair of 6-month-old kittens looking for their furever home--together! These two balance each other beautifully and are almost always found snuggling, napping, or playing side by side. Their strong bond means they must be adopted as a pair, as they truly thrive with one another's companionship. Petrie is an active, playful torbie with a bold, expressive personality. She loves interactive play, has plenty of kitten energy, and can be quite vocal and delightfully demanding when she wants attention, food, or fun. Carl, on the other hand, is a more gentle, quiet soul who can be a little shy at first but quickly reveals himself as a sweet, affectionate lap cat once he feels safe. He enjoys calm companionship and happily curls up with his people or with Petrie for cozy cuddle sessions. Together, they offer the perfect mix of fun and snuggles. As kittens, Petrie and Carl will need a home ready to provide daily playtime, enrichment, and attention to help them grow into confident, well-adjusted adult cats. If there is a resident cat in the home, a slow and proper introduction will be necessary, and that cat should be friendly and open to sharing space--senior or low-energy cats may find Petrie's activity level overwhelming. They would likely do well with a cat-friendly dog. Children in the home should be over the age of 5 and able to respect their boundaries by giving them space when needed. If you're looking to add a bonded pair that brings both lively playfulness and gentle affection into your home, Petrie and Carl could be the perfect match. Their pair adoption fee is $500.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats.
