WANTED: Someone who will talk back.<br/><br/>Cargo has been holding conversations at the shelter for a very long time...and frankly, he's ready for a change of audience. At 10 years old, Cargo has opinions. He has stories. He has questions. And if you happen to walk past without acknowledging him, there's a pretty good chance he'll remind you that you forgot to say hello.<br/><br/>What Cargo doesn't have is a home. He's spent far too much of his life watching people come and go while waiting for someone to finally say, "You're coming home with me."<br/><br/>Cargo isn't looking for a wild and crazy life.
