Hi there! My name is Cardinal and I was surrendered to the shelter along with my siblings. We may have started life as strays, but you’d never know it because we absolutely adore people and all the love they bring. We’re a friendly, affectionate bunch who love to play, cuddle, and soak up every bit of attention you’re willing to give, and we get along wonderfully with other cats too. If you’re looking for a little flurry of purrs and playful paws to brighten your home, we’re ready to flutter right into your hearts and make ourselves at home.<br/><br/>We are about 3 months old and arrived at the MCSPCA on 10/4/25. This process includes a check of veterinary history records on any pets you currently have, and a home visit. If you rent your home, we require written proof (letter or lease) from your landlord that you are allowed to have pets. We undertake this kind of thorough review to ensure that animals who have already been discarded at least once will never have to experience this again.
