Some of you may remember this handsome boy. Sometimes life changes in ways we simply can't control — and unfortunately, our pets are affected by those changes too. So now Captain Ozzy is ready for his next chapter. And let us tell you... this captain has quite the personality!

MEET CAPTAIN OZZ

Y

Captain Ozzy is a confident, intelligent, curious, playful, adventurous, high-energy boy who loves attention, toys, food, treats, and having fun. He's got plenty of kitten-like energy and is always ready for his next adventure. He loves to run, climb, jump, explore, and play. His regular zoomies are part of his daily schedule, so he's looking for a family that can keep up with this energetic captain! He also loves interactive toys and enrichment, and needs a home where he has plenty to keep his busy mind and body occupied.

And then there is Ozzy's very important rule about affection... Captain Ozzy LOVES pets and attention — until he doesn't. He will happily enjoy your love and affection, but when the captain decides he's had enough, you'd better listen to the captain!

It's one of his adorable little quirks, and his new family must understand and respect his boundaries.

CAPTAIN OZZY's PURRfect PURRsonality:

âš¡VERY HIGH ENERGY

Extremely playful

‍âTM‚ï ̧ Loves to run, climb, jump, and explore

A regular zoomie machine

Loves toys and interactive play

Intelligent and clever

Curious and adventurous

Affectionate and attention-loving

ï ̧ Food motivated

Treat motivated

Professional biscuit maker

Confident

Cat-friendly

Dog-friendly

ï ̧ Talkative

Quirky in the best possible way

Sometimes goofy

Happy as an indoor companion, A true people-lover

Captain Ozzy isn't a couch potato. He needs daily stimulation, enrichment, playtime, and opportunities to burn off his energy. A home with another playful cat would be wonderful for him, especially one that can keep up with his kitten-like antics. He has plenty of energy to share!

CAPTAIN OZZY’s STORY

Why Is Captain Back?
(This part of Ozzy's story is important.)

He was adopted. He had a home. He was and still is loved. But his owner has experienced medical issues and is no longer physically able to provide the care Ozzy needs. Ozzy did nothing wrong. He wasn't returned because of bad behavior. He wasn't returned because he wasn't loved (because Captain Ozzy’s mom still loves him to the moon and back). His owner simply reached a point where caring for him physically was no longer possible. And because they loved him enough to make sure he was safe, Ozzy came back to QT Kittens.

We know returning to the rescue can be confusing for a cat who already had a home, but Captain Ozzy is resilient, confident, and ready to find his next family. This time, we're hoping his new family will be the one that stays his family forever.

CAPTAIN OZZY's PURRfect HOME

❤ï ̧ Will love him for his big personality

Can provide plenty of daily playtime

Will give him toys and interactive enrichment

‍âTM‚ï ̧ Can keep up with his high energy

Gives him opportunities to climb, explore, and stay busy

Has another playful, cat-friendly kitty or is willing to provide plenty of interaction

Has a dog-friendly home if there are dogs

Will keep him safely indoors

Understands and respects his boundaries when he's had enough affection

Will give him the stability and forever home he deserves

Captain Ozzy is house-trained, cat-friendly, dog-friendly (small), playful, affectionate, intelligent, curious, confident, adventurous, food-motivated, treat-motivated, talkative, energetic, and absolutely full of personality. He isn't looking for a quiet life where he spends all day sleeping on the couch. He's looking for a crew that can keep up with him!

He wants toys to chase, places to explore, things to climb, people to entertain, treats to enjoy, and plenty of opportunities to show you exactly why he's Captain Ozzy. And although he's full of energy, Captain also has a very affectionate side. He loves attention and pets — just remember that the Captain decides when the petting session is over!

Captain Ozzy isn't perfect — he's perfectly Ozzy.

And after everything that's happened, this handsome boy deserves someone who will see his personality, understand his needs, respect his quirks, and love him for exactly who he is. He already had a family once. Now he's waiting for the family who will say:

“Captain, you're home.”

FOSTER-TO-ADOPT IS AVAILABLE!

If you're unsure whether you and Captain Ozzy are the PURRfect match, foster-to-adopt is available so you can give this special boy a chance while making sure he's the right fit for your family.

Apply to adopt Indy at

QTKittens.org/adopt

All QT Kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (Rabies & FVRCP), microchipped, dewormed, flea treated, FeLV/FIV tested (negative for both), litter trained, examined by a veterinarian, and most importantly — pre-loved!

Captain Ozzy has already been someone's beloved companion. His return wasn't his fault, and he shouldn't have to wonder where he belongs. His next home should be his forever home.

Come, Meet The Captain — but be prepared to follow his rules! âš“ï ̧

âš“ï ̧
Thank MEW!

10/12/26 7:05 PM
