CANDY — Female — Classic Tuxedo Introducing Candy, a charming tuxedo girl from the Too Sweet for the Streets siblings. Rescued from a rough start, Candy quickly proved she has a big heart, gentle spirit, and an easy ability to bond with people once she feels secure. Candy is a playful explorer who enjoys being near her humans and curling up in blankets with her siblings for naps. She’s social, affectionate, and loves to be part of whatever you’re doing. If she wanders off, her soft kitten chirp will let you know she’s looking for her people—call her name and she’ll race back happily. She has silky fur, loves head and neck rubs, and is easily entertained by climbing towers, ball-track toys, lasers, wands, and cat tunnels. Her food favorites include wet food, dry kibble, and squeeze-up treats. It is the policy of Desert Paws Rescue that all potential cat adopters complete a Cat Adoption Consultation Form and an interview with a Desert Paws representative in order to be considered as a forever home for our cats and kittens. Completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee an adoption approval or guarantee the adoption of a particular cat or kitten. Desert Paws Rescue is a privately run, all-volunteer, non-profit organization and reserves the right to refuse any adoption that is not in the best interest of the cat or kitten, based on our principles, policies, and standards. Desert Paws Rescue will determine the best home for each cat or kitten based on the application and interview process. After review of the adoption consultation form and the completion of the interview with a Desert Paws representative, Desert Paws Rescue may recommend a different cat or kitten that is more suitable to your household.
